Massillon is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Massillon follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. Wide variety to choose from for your landscape from flowers, plants, trees and shrubs! Water features, flower pots, garden statues and koi fish. The list goes on. Kristen and staff were very helpful. Will definitely be back even if it's an hour ride from Cleveland.

Follow all instructions but still the Autumnalis Higan Cherry (Prunus subhirtella 'Autumnalis') is dying…. Do not recommend this nursery.

Be advised: this was false advertising coupled with poor communication. When I asked whether I had received the correct tree, the response was simply, “my bad!”—which I found completely unprofessional. Yes, I received a larger tree than what I purchased and for the same price, but that is not the point. I ordered a specific size and reasonably expected to receive that exact size, not a substitute accompanied by a mediocre explanation from the seller. If I had wanted a larger or more mature tree, I would have purchased one. This experience has been extremely disappointing and does not reflect good customer service or accurate representation of the product.

I love this place. They have a great selection of everything for the yard. I just bought a maple tree and some shrubbery from them and it was a good experience for sure. The staff is all friendly and knowledgeable. We actually went on Mother's day and it was super busy. I found 2 hanging assortment that are absolutely beautiful. I spent a good chunk of change there. I knew what i was looking for and close to how much it would cost. After my trip there I'm super glad we went there and not somewhere else. The whole environment was welcoming, and everyone was friendly and helpful.
